How to cancel a booking or leave a game

Open My Games
Log in to playerlagbe.com and open My Games from your profile menu.

Find the match
Choose the upcoming booking, game or team challenge you want to change.

Check the refund
Tap Cancel (host) or Leave (player). The refund amount for that moment is shown before anything happens.

Confirm
Confirm to cancel. You receive a confirmation by SMS and in-app notification, and the refund appears under Transactions & Refunds.
What you can see in My Games
- Upcoming and past turf bookings, with date, time, turf, field and invoice number.
- Matches you host and matches you joined through PlayerLagbe matchmaking, with the current player count.
- Team vs Team challenges where you are the host captain, the opponent captain or a listed player.
- Games you follow, so you can join when a spot opens.
Cancellation fees at a glance
The earlier you cancel, the more you get back. For a host cancelling an entire match the Cancellation & Refund Policy sets these tiers (the policy text governs):
- More than 72 hours before the slot: no cancellation fee - 100% of the amount paid is refunded, minus only the processing fee (BDT 6.75 per player).
- 48 to 72 hours before: a fee of 10% of the spot fees; the BDT 500 advance is refunded.
- 24 to 48 hours before: the BDT 500 advance plus 15% of the spot fees is kept.
- Less than 24 hours before: the BDT 500 advance plus 25% of the spot fees is kept.
Replace instead of cancelling
If you find someone to take your spot or your team’s place before the match, no cancellation fee applies. If PlayerLagbe or the turf cancels, you get everything back, including the processing fee.

Where can I see my PlayerLagbe bookings?
In My Games (playerlagbe.com/my-games) after logging in. It lists your turf bookings, the matches you host or joined, your team challenges and followed games, split into upcoming and past.
How do I get the invoice for a booking?
Every paid booking in My Games shows its invoice number and a View invoice link. The invoice is also emailed to you after payment.
How much do I get back if I cancel?
It depends on how long before the slot you cancel. More than 72 hours before, everything except the BDT 6.75 processing fee per player is refunded. Closer to the slot a cancellation fee applies. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.
What happens if the turf cancels my booking?
You receive a full refund including the processing fee, or a free transfer to an equivalent slot, as set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. You are notified by SMS and in-app.
Will I get a reminder before my match?
Yes. PlayerLagbe sends a reminder 24 hours before your slot by SMS and email, and another email 1 hour before. You can turn reminder texts off in Settings.
