আইনগত ভিত্তি / Legal Framework

এই পলিসি বাংলাদেশের ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা আইন, ২০২৬ (২০২৬ সনের ৬৩ নং আইন), ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা, ২০২১ এবং প্রযোজ্য অন্যান্য আইন ও বিধিমালার আলোকে প্রণীত। ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার, সংরক্ষণ, প্রকাশ ও স্থানান্তরের ক্ষেত্রে PlayerLagbe আইনসম্মত ভিত্তি, স্বচ্ছতা, নিরাপত্তা এবং ব্যবহারকারীর অধিকার নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। উক্ত আইনের ধারা ২৩ ও ৩১–৩৫ সরকার নির্ধারিত তারিখে কার্যকর হবে; অন্যান্য কার্যকর বিধান ইতোমধ্যে প্রযোজ্য।

This Policy has been prepared with reference to the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 (Act No. 63 of 2026), the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021, and other applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. PlayerLagbe is committed to lawful processing, transparency, security and respect for users’ rights when collecting, using, retaining, disclosing or transferring personal data. Sections 23 and 31–35 of the 2026 Act are subject to deferred commencement on a date notified by the Government; the other operative provisions already apply.

We never see or store your card number, bKash PIN or banking password — payment happens entirely within bKash's own secure environment. We do not collect National ID, date of birth or health information.

প্রচারণা সম্পর্কে: PlayerLagbe-এর নিজের প্রচারমূলক বার্তা কেবল আলাদা সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে পাঠানো হয় — অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলার সম্মতির সঙ্গে এটি জড়িত নয়। কোনো আনুষ্ঠানিক অংশীদারের নিজস্ব প্রচারণার জন্য তথ্য প্রকাশ ও যোগাযোগের সম্মতি PlayerLagbe-এর নিজস্ব প্রচারণার সম্মতি থেকে পৃথক। ওই অংশীদারের পরিচয়, উদ্দেশ্য, যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম, তথ্য ধারণের প্রাসঙ্গিক বিবরণ এবং সম্মতি প্রত্যাহারের পদ্ধতি জানিয়ে আলাদা সম্মতি নেওয়ার আগে কোনো তথ্য শেয়ার করা হবে না। Settings → Notifications বা Settings → Privacy থেকে কিংবা বার্তার নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী প্রচারণা বন্ধ করা যাবে। প্রচারণা বন্ধ করলেও জরুরি বুকিং ও ম্যাচ-সংক্রান্ত বার্তা চলবে।

On marketing: PlayerLagbe sends its own promotions only with separate consent, never as a condition of account registration. Permission for an Official Partner’s independent marketing and the related disclosure is distinct from consent to PlayerLagbe’s promotions. Before sharing information, we will identify that partner, explain the purpose and communication channels, relevant retention information and how to withdraw consent, and obtain a separate affirmative opt-in. Marketing may be switched off under Settings → Notifications or Settings → Privacy, or through instructions in a message. Essential booking and match notices continue regardless of marketing preferences.

আনুষ্ঠানিক অংশীদারদের সঙ্গে বিপণন: PlayerLagbe স্পনসরশিপ বা প্রচারণার জন্য ভবিষ্যতে আনুষ্ঠানিক অংশীদার নিয়োগ করতে পারে। উদাহরণস্বরূপ DOUR, HUNKAR বা BFF-এর মতো প্রতিষ্ঠানের নাম কেবল সম্ভাব্য উদাহরণ; এখানে কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানকে আমাদের বর্তমান অংশীদার, সমর্থনকারী বা তথ্যপ্রাপক বলা হচ্ছে না। কার্যকর আনুষ্ঠানিক সম্পর্ক ও পৃথক সম্মতি ছাড়া কোনো সম্ভাব্য অংশীদার ব্যবহারকারীর নাম বা নম্বর পাবে না। শনাক্তকৃত অংশীদারের নিজস্ব প্রচারণার জন্য শুধুমাত্র স্পষ্টভাবে সম্মতিদানকারী ব্যবহারকারীর নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর শেয়ার করা হতে পারে; আমাদের সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহারকারী তালিকা বা অসম্মত ব্যবহারকারীদের তথ্য বিক্রি, ভাড়া বা হস্তান্তর করা হবে না। সম্মতিভিত্তিক বিপণন বা লিড-জেনারেশনের বিনিময়ে PlayerLagbe বাণিজ্যিক পারিশ্রমিক পেতে পারে; অর্থপ্রদান সম্মতির সীমা বাড়ায় না। অংশীদারের সঙ্গে লিখিত চুক্তিতে অনুমোদিত ব্যবহার, নিরাপত্তা, সংরক্ষণ, প্রত্যাহার ও মুছে ফেলা এবং অননুমোদিত পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা পুনর্বিক্রয় নিষিদ্ধ থাকবে। ব্যবসা বিক্রয় বা একীভূতকরণের অংশ হিসেবে তথ্য হস্তান্তর হলে প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী আপনাকে জানানো হবে এবং আইনসম্মত সুরক্ষা বজায় থাকবে।

Official Partner marketing: PlayerLagbe may in future formally appoint organisations for sponsorships or promotions. DOUR, HUNKAR and BFF are illustrative examples of possible future organisations only; naming them does not assert any current partnership, endorsement or data-sharing arrangement. No prospective partner receives contact details merely because discussions have taken place. We may disclose only the name and mobile phone number of a user who has separately opted in to the specified Official Partner’s own marketing. We will not sell, rent or transfer our general user database or the information of users who have not opted in. PlayerLagbe may receive sponsorship, campaign or consent-based lead-generation fees; payment never expands the scope of consent. Written partner agreements will restrict use, security, retention, withdrawal, deletion, onward disclosure and resale. If information transfers as part of a business sale or merger, we will give notice as required by law and maintain applicable protections.

About Added Players: when a Host or Joiner enters another person’s name and number, they confirm they have that person’s permission (User Agreement, Section 4). These details are used only to run that match and will not be shared for Official Partner marketing unless the individual concerned independently gives legally valid, separate permission.

টার্ফের নিজস্ব গ্রাহক: টার্ফ পার্টনার তাঁদের ম্যানেজমেন্ট ড্যাশবোর্ডে নিজেদের সরাসরি (ম্যানুয়াল) বুকিংয়ের গ্রাহকদের তথ্যও দেখতে পান। ওই তথ্যের দায়িত্ব ও জবাবদিহি সংশ্লিষ্ট টার্ফ পার্টনারের, PlayerLagbe-র নয়; এ বিষয়ে টার্ফ পার্টনার চুক্তিতে পৃথক শর্ত রয়েছে।

A turf's own customers: Turf Partners also see, in their management dashboard, details of bookings they took directly. Responsibility and accountability for that data rests with the Turf Partner, not PlayerLagbe, and is addressed separately in the Turf Partner Agreement.

৫.১ PlayerLagbe-র সার্ভার ও ডেটাবেস বর্তমানে সিঙ্গাপুরে অবস্থিত ক্লাউড অবকাঠামোতে রক্ষিত। এছাড়া Google Analytics-এর মাধ্যমে ব্যবহার-বিশ্লেষণ বাংলাদেশের বাইরে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ হয়।

৫.২ ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা আইন, ২০২৬-এর ধারা ২৯ অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য শর্ত ও প্রয়োজনীয় সুরক্ষা অনুসরণ করে আইনসম্মত আন্তঃসীমান্ত স্থানান্তরের ব্যবস্থা করা হবে। উপাত্তের শ্রেণি, স্থানান্তরের বৈধ ভিত্তি, প্রযোজ্য সম্মতি বা চুক্তি এবং গন্তব্যস্থলের উপযুক্ত সুরক্ষা ব্যবস্থা বিবেচনা করা হবে।

৫.৩ PlayerLagbe তার বর্তমান ডেটা-হোস্টিং, ব্যাকআপ, অ্যানালিটিক্স এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ব্যবস্থা পর্যালোচনা করবে এবং প্রযোজ্য আইনের শর্ত পূরণে প্রয়োজনীয় কারিগরি, চুক্তিগত ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে। সার্ভার বা প্রক্রিয়াকরণের অবস্থান পরিবর্তিত হলে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনের বিষয়ে ধারা ১১ অনুযায়ী জানানো হবে।

5.1 PlayerLagbe's servers and database are currently hosted on cloud infrastructure located in Singapore. In addition, usage analytics are processed outside Bangladesh through Google Analytics.

5.2 Cross-border transfers will be assessed against Section 29 of the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026, including applicable conditions and safeguards. Relevant considerations include data classification, an appropriate lawful transfer basis, required consent or contractual grounds, and safeguards at the destination.

5.3 PlayerLagbe will review its hosting, backups, analytics and third-party processing arrangements and implement technical, contractual and organisational measures necessary under applicable law. Material changes to hosting or processing locations will be communicated in accordance with Section 11.

৬ / 6. তথ্য কতদিন রাখা হয় / How Long We Keep Data

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ: আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করলে আমরা যা মুছতে আইনত বাধ্য নই — সবই মুছে ফেলি। তবে আইন অনুযায়ী ৬ বছর সংরক্ষণযোগ্য লেনদেন ও অভিযোগ রেকর্ড মুছে ফেলা যায় না; সেগুলো সীমিত প্রবেশাধিকারে আলাদা রাখা হয় এবং কেবল আইনি প্রয়োজনে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

Important: if you ask us to delete your account we delete everything we are not legally required to keep. We cannot delete the transaction and complaint records that law requires us to retain for 6 years; those are held under restricted access and used only where legally necessary.

অংশীদার বিপণন: নাম ও নম্বরের বিপণন-সংক্রান্ত অনুলিপি এবং সম্মতির প্রমাণসংক্রান্ত রেকর্ড এক বিষয় নয়। সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার বা উদ্দেশ্য শেষ হলে প্রযোজ্য ব্যক্তিগত যোগাযোগের তথ্য মুছে ফেলা বা ব্যবহার সীমিত করা হবে; তবে আইনগত বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণে প্রয়োজনীয় ন্যূনতম রেকর্ড নিরাপদে রাখা হতে পারে।

Partner marketing: A partner’s marketing contact copy and the records needed to demonstrate consent are different. Marketing contact details will be erased or restricted where applicable after withdrawal or expiry of the purpose, while limited records may be retained securely to meet legal obligations.

৭ / 7. আপনার অধিকার / Your Rights

আপনি যেকোনো সময় নিচের অধিকারগুলো প্রয়োগ করতে পারেন:

কীভাবে: প্ল্যাটফর্মে Account → Settings → Privacy থেকে অথবা গোপনীয়তা যোগাযোগের ঠিকানা contact@playerlagbe.com-এ লিখে। সেখানে PlayerLagbe প্রচারণা এবং প্রত্যেক শনাক্তকৃত আনুষ্ঠানিক অংশীদারের প্রচারণা পৃথকভাবে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যাবে। সংশ্লিষ্ট অংশীদারের সম্মতি প্রত্যাহারের পর ওই উদ্দেশ্যে নতুন তথ্য শেয়ার বন্ধ হবে এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অংশীদারকে বিপণন বন্ধ ও তথ্য মুছে ফেলা বা সীমিত করার অনুরোধ জানানো হবে। পরিচয় যাচাইয়ের পর আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে সাড়া দেব; অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে (নির্দেশিকা, ২০২১)। এই সেবা সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে।

How: use Account → Settings → Privacy on the platform, or write to our Privacy Contact at contact@playerlagbe.com. PlayerLagbe marketing and each specifically identified Official Partner’s marketing can be controlled separately. After withdrawal, further disclosures for that partner’s marketing will stop and we will notify the partner to cease marketing and delete or restrict information as applicable. Following identity verification, we respond within 30 days, and within 72 hours for complaints (2021 Guidelines). This service is free of charge.

৮ / 8. নিরাপত্তা / Security

আমরা নিম্নলিখিত ব্যবস্থা রাখি (কারিগরি বিবরণ নিরাপত্তার স্বার্থে প্রকাশ করা হয় না):

• তথ্য আদান-প্রদানে এনক্রিপশন (TLS) এবং সংরক্ষণে এনক্রিপশন;

• ভূমিকাভিত্তিক প্রবেশাধিকার — কর্মীরা কেবল কাজের প্রয়োজনে যতটুকু দরকার ততটুকুই দেখতে পান;

• OTP-ভিত্তিক অ্যাকাউন্ট যাচাই;

• কোনো কার্ড বা পিন তথ্য আমাদের সিস্টেমে রাখা হয় না;

• প্রসেসরদের সঙ্গে লিখিত চুক্তি ও যাচাই;

• তথ্য-লঙ্ঘন প্রতিক্রিয়া পরিকল্পনা — উল্লেখযোগ্য ক্ষতির আশঙ্কা থাকলে কর্তৃপক্ষ ও ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ব্যবহারকারীদের নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে জানানো হয়।

We maintain (technical detail is withheld for security reasons): encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; role-based access so staff see only what their work requires; OTP-based account verification; no card or PIN data on our systems; written agreements and due diligence with processors; and a breach response plan under which the Authority and affected users are notified within the prescribed time where a breach is likely to cause significant damage.

কোনো ব্যবস্থা শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়। আপনার OTP কারো সঙ্গে শেয়ার করবেন না — PlayerLagbe কখনো আপনার OTP বা পিন জানতে চাইবে না।

No system is perfectly secure. Never share your OTP — PlayerLagbe will never ask you for your OTP or PIN.

৯ / 9. কুকি ও অ্যানালিটিক্স / Cookies and Analytics

৯.১ ওয়েবসাইটে দুই ধরনের কুকি ব্যবহৃত হয়: অপরিহার্য (লগ-ইন, নিরাপত্তা — এগুলো ছাড়া সাইট চলে না) এবং বিশ্লেষণমূলক (Google Analytics)। প্রথমবার সাইটে এলে আপনি বিশ্লেষণমূলক কুকি গ্রহণ বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করতে পারবেন; ডিফল্ট অবস্থায় অ-অপরিহার্য কুকি বন্ধ থাকে।

9.1 The website uses two kinds of cookie: essential (login, security — the site cannot work without them) and analytics (Google Analytics). On your first visit you can accept or decline analytics cookies; non-essential cookies are off by default.

৯.২ প্ল্যাটফর্মে Google Analytics ডিভাইস-শনাক্তকারী ব্যবহার করে কোন ফিচার কতটা ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে তা বোঝে। আমরা Google Analytics-এ আপনার নাম বা ফোন নম্বর পাঠাই না। আপনি ডিভাইস সেটিংস থেকে বিজ্ঞাপন-শনাক্তকারী রিসেট বা সীমিত করতে পারেন, এবং Settings → Privacy থেকে বিশ্লেষণ বন্ধ করতে পারেন।

9.2 On the platform, Google Analytics uses device identifiers to understand which features are used. We do not send your name or phone number to Google Analytics. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in device settings, and turn analytics off under Settings → Privacy.

১০ / 10. শিশুদের তথ্য / Children's Data

PlayerLagbe-র অ্যাকাউন্ট একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যক্তির নামে থাকে (ব্যবহারকারী চুক্তি, ধারা ৩)। খেলার মাঠে সব বয়সের খেলোয়াড় স্বাগত — তবে কোনো খেলোয়াড় ১৮ বছরের কম হলে একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক অ্যাকাউন্টধারী তাঁর হয়ে বুকিং করেন।

আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী কারো কাছ থেকে সরাসরি তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো নাবালকের নাম ও নম্বর কেবল একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক অ্যাকাউন্টধারীর মাধ্যমে সিস্টেমে আসতে পারে, এবং তিনি নিশ্চিত করেন যে অভিভাবকের সম্মতি নেওয়া হয়েছে। ব্যক্তিগত উপাত্ত সুরক্ষা আইন, ২০২৬ শিশুদের তথ্যের জন্য অতিরিক্ত সুরক্ষা নির্ধারণ করেছে, যা আমরা মেনে চলি। কোনো অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্ক বা যুক্ত খেলোয়াড়ের তথ্য সাধারণ আনুষ্ঠানিক অংশীদার বিপণন তালিকায় অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে না।

অভিভাবক যেকোনো সময় contact@playerlagbe.com-এ লিখে তাঁর সন্তানের তথ্য দেখতে বা মুছে ফেলতে অনুরোধ করতে পারেন — আমরা অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে ব্যবস্থা নেব।

English

A PlayerLagbe account is held by an adult (User Agreement, Section 3). Players of every age are welcome on the pitch — but where a player is under 18, an adult account holder books on their behalf.

We do not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 18. A minor’s name and number can enter our system only through an adult account holder, who confirms that appropriate guardian consent has been obtained. The Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 provides additional safeguards for children’s data. We will not include minors or Added Players in ordinary Official Partner marketing lists.

A guardian may write to contact@playerlagbe.com at any time to see or delete their child's data, and we will act on it as a priority.

১১ / 11. পলিসির পরিবর্তন / Changes to This Policy

পরিবর্তন হলে নতুন সংস্করণ নম্বর ও কার্যকর তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে — বিশেষত নতুন কোনো তথ্য-শ্রেণি, নতুন প্রক্রিয়াকারী, তথ্য সংরক্ষণস্থলের পরিবর্তন বা অংশীদার বিপণনের উদ্দেশ্য পরিবর্তন — প্ল্যাটফর্মে বিজ্ঞপ্তি বা ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে কমপক্ষে ৭ দিন আগে জানানো হবে। নতুন আনুষ্ঠানিক অংশীদার বা পূর্ববর্তী সম্মতির সীমার বাইরের প্রচারণার জন্য প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে পৃথক নতুন সম্মতি নেওয়া হবে। শুধু আপডেট করা পলিসি প্রকাশ বা প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার চালিয়ে যাওয়াকে নতুন অংশীদার-বিপণন সম্মতি ধরা হবে না।

Changes are published with a new version number and effective date. For material changes — including a new data category, processor, storage location or partner-marketing purpose — we give at least 7 days’ notice by notification on the platform or email. Where a new Official Partner or new purpose falls outside an earlier permission, fresh specific consent will be obtained as applicable. Publication of an updated policy or continued use of PlayerLagbe is not, by itself, consent to new partner marketing.

১২ / 12. যোগাযোগ ও অভিযোগ / Contact and Complaints

• প্রাপ্তি স্বীকার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে; নিষ্পত্তি ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে (নির্দেশিকা, ২০২১)।

• Acknowledged within 24 hours; resolved within 72 hours (2021 Guidelines).

১৩ / 13. প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের লাইসেন্স / Licence to Use the Platform

১৩.১ আপনাকে PlayerLagbe প্ল্যাটফর্মটি ব্যক্তিগতভাবে ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি সীমিত, অ-একচেটিয়া, অহস্তান্তরযোগ্য ও প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য লাইসেন্স দেওয়া হয়েছে।

13.1 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the PlayerLagbe platform for your personal use.

১৩.২ নিষিদ্ধ: রিভার্স-ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বা সোর্স কোড উদ্ধারের চেষ্টা; স্ক্র্যাপিং, বট বা অটোমেটেড টুল দিয়ে তথ্য সংগ্রহ; প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রবেশাধিকার পুনর্বিক্রয়, ভাড় বা উপ-লাইসেন্স; প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো অংশ কপি বা পরিবর্তন; অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ বা ডেটাবেস তৈরি করা।

13.2 Prohibited: reverse-engineering or attempting to derive source code; scraping, bots or automated data collection; reselling, renting or sub-licensing access to the platform; copying or modifying any part of the platform; and harvesting or building a database of other users' details.

১৩.৩ প্রত্যাহার: সেবার শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘিত হলে এই লাইসেন্স স্থগিত বা প্রত্যাহার করা হতে পারে (সেবার শর্তাবলি, ধারা ৮)। তবে আপনার প্রাপ্য রিফান্ড এতে আটকে থাকবে না।

13.3 Revocation: this licence may be suspended or revoked on breach of the Terms of Service (Terms of Service, Section 8). This does not withhold any refund due to you.

গ্রহণ / Acceptance

প্রচার ও অংশীদার-বিপণনের সব সম্মতি ঐচ্ছিক এবং ডিফল্ট অবস্থায় খালি থাকবে। এসব সম্মতি না দিলেও অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা ও সাধারণ সেবা ব্যবহার করা যাবে। বাস্তবে নিযুক্ত কোনো অংশীদার না থাকলে তার সম্মতি-অপশন দেখানো যাবে না। / All marketing and partner-marketing choices are optional and unchecked by default. Registration and ordinary use remain available without consent. No partner option is presented unless that partner has actually been appointed.
