Email address
Verify your email with the 6-digit code we send (the code is valid for 15 minutes; the button in the email works for 24 hours). To change your email, enter the new address and your password: we send a code to the new address, and your old address is told once the change is made.
Privacy and cookies
Use Cookie settings (at the bottom of every page) to allow or refuse analytics. For a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email privacy@playerlagbe.com. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and why.
Frequently asked questions
How do I stop PlayerLagbe reminder SMS?
Open Settings, then Messages, and switch off Reminder texts. Booking confirmations, cancellations and refund updates are still sent because they are part of your booking.
Why do I need to verify my email to pay?
Receipts, refunds and changes to your booking are sent to your email address, so PlayerLagbe confirms it belongs to you before you pay.
How do I change my email address?
In your profile choose Change next to your email, enter the new address and your password, then type the code sent to the new address. Your old address receives a notice when the change is complete.
How do I turn off analytics cookies?
Open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and switch analytics off. It stops immediately and the analytics IDs are deleted from your browser.
