এই শর্তাবলি বাংলা ও ইংরেজি — উভয় ভাষায় প্রকাশিত। দুই পাঠের মধ্যে কোনো অসঙ্গতি বা ব্যাখ্যাগত পার্থক্য দেখা দিলে বাংলা পাঠই চূড়ান্ত ও প্রাধান্য পাবে।

The platform vocabulary used here is identical to that used in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

২ / 2. কে PlayerLagbe ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন / Who May Use PlayerLagbe

২.১ বয়স। অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে, গেম হোস্ট বা জয়েন করতে এবং পেমেন্ট করতে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ (আঠারো) বছর হতে হবে। ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী কেউ কেবল একজন প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক অ্যাকাউন্টধারীর যুক্ত করা প্লেয়ার হিসেবে অংশ নিতে পারবেন, এবং সেই প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক ব্যক্তি ওই নাবালকের নিরাপত্তা, তত্ত্বাবধান ও আচরণের জন্য সম্পূর্ণ দায়ী থাকবেন।

2.1 Age. You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old to hold an account, host or join a game, and make payments. A person under 18 may participate only as a player added by an adult account holder, who remains fully responsible for that minor's safety, supervision and conduct.

২.২ তথ্যের সত্যতা। আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় প্রদত্ত সকল তথ্য — নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, বয়স — সত্য, সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ। ভুয়া বা অন্যের পরিচয় ব্যবহার করে অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা নিষিদ্ধ। খুললে সেই আক্যাউন্টের প্রদত্ত ফোন নাম্বার, মেইল এর উপর স্থায়ী নিষেধাজ্ঞা আরোপ করা হবে।

2.2 Accuracy. You confirm that the information you provide on registration — name, mobile number, age — is true, accurate and current. Registering under a false identity or someone else's identity is prohibited and bannable offence.

২.৩ এক ব্যক্তি, এক অ্যাকাউন্ট। প্রতিটি ব্যক্তি কেবল একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট রাখতে পারবেন। প্রোমোশন, রেফারেল বা ক্যান্সেলেশন নিয়মের সুবিধা নিতে একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট খোলা এই শর্তাবলির লঙ্ঘন।

2.3 One person, one account. Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions, referrals or the cancellation rules is a breach of these Terms.

২.৪ অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা। আপনার লগ-ইন তথ্য ও ওটিপি গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনার। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে সংঘটিত সকল কার্যক্রমের দায় আপনার — যদি না আপনি অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের বিষয়ে আমাদের অবিলম্বে জানান।

2.4 Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs confidential, and for all activity carried out through your account, unless you notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

৩ / 3. PlayerLagbe কী — এবং কী নয় / What PlayerLagbe Is — and Is Not

৩.১ আমরা যা করি: PlayerLagbe একটি ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম যা (ক) ব্যবহারকারীদের গেম ক্রিয়েট ও জয়েন করার সুযোগ দেয়, অনলাইনে স্লট বুক করার সুযোগ দেয় (খ) টার্ফ পার্টনারদের সঙ্গে স্লট বুকিং ও পেমেন্টে সহায়তা করে, এবং (গ) টার্ফ পার্টনারদের একটি বুকিং ও ব্যবস্থাপনা ড্যাশবোর্ড সরবরাহ করে।

3.1 What we do. PlayerLagbe is a technology platform that (a) enables users to create and join games, (b) facilitates Slot booking and payment with Turf Partners, and (c) provides Turf Partners with a booking and management dashboard.

৩.২ আমরা যা করি না: PlayerLagbe কোনো টার্ফের মালিক নয়, কোনো টার্ফ পরিচালনা, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা তত্ত্বাবধান করে না। আমরা কোনো ম্যাচ আয়োজন, পরিচালনা, রেফারিং বা কোচিং করি না এবং মাঠে উপস্থিত থাকি না (যদি না PlayerLagbe-আয়োজিত টুর্নামেন্ট হয়, যা পৃথক নিয়মাবলি দ্বারা পরিচালিত)।

3.2 What we do not do: PlayerLagbe does not own, operate, maintain or supervise any turf. We do not organise, run, referee or coach any match and we are not present at the ground (except at PlayerLagbe-organised tournaments, which are governed by separate Tournament Rules).

৩.৩ মাঠ ব্যবহারের চুক্তি। টার্ফ ব্যবহারের প্রকৃত চুক্তি আপনার ও টার্ফ পার্টনারের মধ্যে সম্পাদিত হয়। PlayerLagbe সেই বুকিং ও পেমেন্ট সহজতর করে মাত্র। টার্ফের মান, নিরাপত্তা, সুযোগ-সুবিধা, আলো, পার্কিং বা পরিচ্ছন্নতার দায়িত্ব টার্ফ পার্টনারের।

3.3 The contract to use the ground. The contract to use the turf is between you and the Turf Partner. PlayerLagbe facilitates the booking and payment. The condition, safety, facilities, lighting, parking and cleanliness of the turf are the Turf Partner's responsibility.

৩.৪ অন্য ব্যবহারকারী। আমরা অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের পরিচয়, দক্ষতার স্তর, শারীরিক সক্ষমতা বা আচরণের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না। প্রোফাইলে প্রদর্শিত দক্ষতার স্তর ব্যবহারকারীর নিজের দেওয়া তথ্য।

3.4 Other users. We do not guarantee the identity, skill level, physical fitness or conduct of other users. Skill levels shown on profiles are self-declared.

৪ / 4. হোস্টিং, জয়েনিং ও খেলা / Hosting, Joining and Playing

৪.১ গেম ক্রিয়েট করা। ম্যাচমেকিং ট্যাব/হোম পেইজের ম্যাচ মেকিং সেকশন থেকে গেম ক্রিয়েট করলে আপনি বা আপনারা হোস্ট হিসেবে গণ্য হবেন, এবং সেই স্লটটি আপনি ছাড়া আর কেউ নিতে পারবে না। হোস্ট হিসেবে আপনি স্লটটির জন্য দায়ী: সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়া, প্রয়োজনীয় পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করা এবং গেমটি পূর্ণ করার চেষ্টা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।

4.1 Creating a game. When you create a game from the Matchmaking tab you become the Host. As Host you are responsible for the Slot: giving accurate details, completing the required payment, and making reasonable efforts to fill the game.

৪.২ গেমে জয়েন করা। কোনো ক্রিয়েট করা গেমে জয়েন করলে আপনি বা আপনারা জয়েনার বা জয়েনিং টিম হিসেবে গণ্য হবেন এবং সেই গেমের নির্ধারিত সময়, স্থান, ফরম্যাট ও মূল্য মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

4.2 Joining a game. When you join a created game you become a Joiner or Joining Team and accept the time, venue, format and price set for that game.

৪.৩ অন্যের তথ্য যোগ করা — সম্মতির নিশ্চয়তা। আপনি যদি অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর অ্যাপে যোগ করেন, আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে —

• (ক) আপনি ওই ব্যক্তির সম্মতি নিয়েছেন;

• (খ) আপনি তাঁকে জানিয়েছেন যে তাঁর তথ্য PlayerLagbe-র প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হবে; এবং

• (গ) ওই ব্যক্তি নাবালক হলে আপনি তাঁর অভিভাবকের সম্মতি নিয়েছেন এবং তাঁর তত্ত্বাবধানের দায়িত্ব নিচ্ছেন।

এই নিশ্চয়তা ভঙ্গের ফলে PlayerLagbe-র বিরুদ্ধে কোনো দাবি উত্থাপিত হলে আপনি PlayerLagbe-কে ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে বাধ্য থাকবেন।

4.3 Adding other people's details — consent warranty. If you enter another person's name and mobile number into the app, you warrant that —

• (a) you have that person's permission;

• (b) you have told them their details will be processed under the PlayerLagbe Privacy Policy; and

• (c) where that person is a minor (legal age is less than 18), you have their guardian's consent and accept responsibility for supervising them.

You will indemnify PlayerLagbe against any claim arising from a breach of this warranty.

৪.৪ রিপ্লেসমেন্ট ও স্লট ট্রান্সফার। ক্যান্সেল না করে নিজের স্পট বা টিমে অন্য কাউকে রিপ্লেস করার নিয়ম এবং একই টার্ফে একই তারিখে স্লট ট্রান্সফারের নিয়ম ক্যান্সেলেশন ও রিফান্ড পলিসির ধারা ৩.৫ ও ৩.৬ দ্বারা পরিচালিত। রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে টাকার লেনদেন সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজেদের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়; PlayerLagbe সেই লেনদেনের পক্ষ নয় এবং তার জন্য দায়ী নয়।

4.4 Replacement and Slot Transfer. Replacing your Spot or Team instead of cancelling, and transferring to another Slot at the same turf on the same date, are governed by Sections 3.5 and 3.6 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy. On a Replacement, money changes hands privately between the users concerned; PlayerLagbe is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for it.

৪.৫ মাঠে আচরণ। টার্ফে উপস্থিত থাকাকালে আপনি টার্ফ পার্টনারের নিয়মকানুন মেনে চলবেন, নির্ধারিত সময়ে মাঠ ছাড়বেন, সম্পত্তির ক্ষতি করবেন না, এবং অন্য খেলোয়াড়দের প্রতি সম্মানজনক আচরণ করবেন। টার্ফের সম্পত্তির ক্ষতি হলে তার দায় সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যবহারকারীর, এবং ক্ষতিপূরণ আদায়ের অধিকার টার্ফের মালিকপক্ষ বা ম্যানেজমেন্ট রাখেন। টার্ফের ক্ষতি এবং আচরণবিধি লঙ্ঘন করায় আপনার আক্যাউন্ট নিষিদ্ধ(Ban) হতে পারে।

4.5 Conduct at the ground. While at a turf you will follow the Turf Partner's house rules, vacate the pitch on time, cause no damage to property, and behave respectfully towards other players. Damage to turf property is the responsibility of the user who caused it. If there is any significant damage to properties, the turf owner/authority is able to enforce the compensation to the damage. Damaging Turf and Misbehaviour towards other players or management might be a subject to ban.

৪.৬ ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজেদের মধ্যে বিরোধ। ব্যবহারকারীদের পারস্পরিক আর্থিক বা ব্যক্তিগত বিরোধে PlayerLagbe দায়ী নয়। আমরা সহায়তা করার চেষ্টা করতে পারি, তবে তা নিষ্পত্তির দায়িত্ব আমাদের নয়।

4.6 Disputes between users. PlayerLagbe is not a party to financial or personal disputes between users. We may try to assist, but resolving them is not our responsibility.

৫ / 5. পেমেন্ট, ফি ও রিফান্ড / Payments, Fees and Refunds

৫.১ মুদ্রা ও মাধ্যম। সকল পেমেন্ট বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (BDT), অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (বিকাশ) মোবাইল ফিন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে গৃহীত হয়।

5.1 Currency and channels. All payments are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), through approved payment gateways and mobile financial services.

৫.২ মূল্য প্রদর্শন। পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করার আগে চেকআউট স্ক্রিনে আপনাকে সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য— স্লট/স্পট ফি, প্রসেসিং ফি এবং প্রযোজ্য হলে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি — আলাদা লাইন আইটেম হিসেবে টাকার অঙ্কে দেখানো হবে। অপ্রদর্শিত কোনো ফি কখনো কাটা হবে না।

5.2 Price display. Before you confirm payment, the checkout screen shows the full price — Slot or Spot Fee, Processing Fee, and any Platform Fee — as separate line items in Taka. No fee is ever charged that was not displayed to you in advance.

৫.৩ প্রসেসিং ফি ও প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি। প্রসেসিং ফি (৬.৭৫ টাকা/প্লেয়ার, ২৬.৭৫ টাকা/টিম) পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হওয়া ছাড়া অফেরতযোগ্য। প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি সর্বক্ষেত্রে অফেরতযোগ্য। বিস্তারিত ক্যান্সেলেশন ও রিফান্ড পলিসির ধারা ৩.৩ ও ৩.৪-এ।

5.3 Processing Fee and Platform Fee. The Processing Fee (BDT 6.75 per player, BDT 26.75 per team) is non-refundable except on payment failure. The Platform Fee is non-refundable in all cases. See Sections 3.3 and 3.4 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

৫.৪ রিফান্ড। ক্যান্সেলেশন, রিফান্ড ও ফেরতের সময়সীমা সম্পূর্ণরূপে ক্যান্সেলেশন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি দ্বারা পরিচালিত, যা এই শর্তাবলির অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ। বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সকল ফেরত মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হয় এবং এর জন্য আপনার কাছ থেকে কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ নেওয়া হয় না, কিন্তু ক্ষেত্রবিশেষে ক্যান্সেলেশন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হয়।

5.4 Refunds. Cancellations, refunds and refund timelines are governed entirely by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In line with Bangladesh Bank direction, all refunds are made to the original payment medium, with no additional charge to you, but cancellation charge might apply depending on the case.

৫.৫ চার্জব্যাক অপব্যবহার। প্রকৃত বিরোধ ছাড়া পেমেন্ট বিপরীতকরণ (chargeback) বা পেমেন্ট বিরোধ দায়ের করা এই শর্তাবলির লঙ্ঘন এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিতের কারণ হতে পারে। অভিযোগ থাকলে প্রথমে ধারা ১৪ অনুযায়ী আমাদের জানান।

5.5 Chargeback misuse. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute otherwise than in respect of a genuine dispute is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension. Please raise any issue with us first, under Section 14.

৬ / 6. PL Points ও প্রোমোশন / PL Points and Promotions

৬.১ প্রকৃতি। PL Points একটি লয়্যালটি সুবিধা মাত্র। এটি অর্থ, ই-মানি বা সঞ্চিত মূল্য (stored value) নয়, নগদে রূপান্তরযোগ্য নয়, হস্তান্তরযোগ্য নয় এবং কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রয়যোগ্য নয়।

6.1 Nature. PL Points are a loyalty benefit only. They are not money, e-money or stored value, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable or saleable to third parties.

৬.২ অর্জন ও ব্যবহার। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এ আমাদের প্লাটফর্ম এ আপনার আক্টিভিটি অনুযায়ী পয়েন্ট স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে যুক্ত হবে। পয়েন্টের মেয়াদ অর্জনের তারিখ থেকে ৬ মাস ।

6.2 Earning and use. Based on your activity on our platform, points will be automatically added to your account. The points are valid for 6 months from the date they are earned.

৬.৩ বাতিল। ধারা ৮ অনুযায়ী শর্তভঙ্গের কারণে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল হলে অব্যবহৃত পয়েন্ট বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। এতে নগদে পরিশোধিত অর্থের রিফান্ড অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ হবে না — অর্থাৎ রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী আপনার প্রাপ্য টাকা আপনি পাবেন।

6.3 Forfeiture. Unused Points are forfeited where an account is terminated for breach under Section 8. This does not affect your right to a refund of money actually paid — sums due to you under the Refund Policy remain payable.

৬.৪ প্রোমো কোড। প্রোমো কোড, রেফারেল ও ডিসকাউন্ট কেবল প্রকাশিত শর্ত অনুযায়ী ব্যবহারযোগ্য। কোড অপব্যবহার, একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি বা কৃত্রিম লেনদেনের মাধ্যমে সুবিধা নেওয়া নিষিদ্ধ, একটি নাম্বারে একটিমাত্র আক্যাউন্টই খোলা যাবে।

6.4 Promo codes. Promo codes, referrals and discounts may be used only on their published terms. Abusing codes, creating multiple accounts, or generating artificial transactions to obtain benefits is prohibited.

৭ / 7. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহার ও নিষিদ্ধ আচরণ / Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

৭.১ PlayerLagbe ব্যবহার করার সময় আপনি নিচের কোনো কাজ করবেন না:

7.1 When using PlayerLagbe you will not:

৭.২ শিশু-নিরাপত্তা। নাবালকদের সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো অনুপযুক্ত আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাকাউন্ট তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ও স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা হবে এবং প্রয়োজনে আইনশৃঙ্খলা রক্ষাকারী বাহিনীকে জানানো হবে।

7.2 Child safety. Any inappropriate conduct involving a minor will result in immediate and permanent termination of the account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

৮ / 8. স্থগিতকরণ ও বাতিলকরণ / Suspension and Termination

৮.১ আমাদের অধিকার। এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘিত হলে PlayerLagbe নিজ বিবেচনায় — পরিস্থিতির গুরুত্ব বিবেচনা করে — নিম্নলিখিত ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারে: (ক) সতর্কতা প্রদান; (খ) নির্দিষ্ট ফিচারে প্রবেশ সীমিত করা (যেমন হোস্টিং বন্ধ); (গ) অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত করা; (ঘ) অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করা।

8.1 Our rights. Where these Terms are breached, PlayerLagbe may, at its discretion and proportionate to the seriousness of the matter: (a) issue a warning; (b) restrict access to particular features (for example, disable hosting); (c) suspend the account temporarily; or (d) terminate the account permanently.

৮.২ কারণ। ধারা ২ (তথ্যের সত্যতা, একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট), ধারা ৪ (মাঠে আচরণ, সম্মতির নিশ্চয়তা), ধারা ৫ (চার্জব্যাক অপব্যবহার), ধারা ৬ (প্রোমো অপব্যবহার) বা ধারা ৭ (নিষিদ্ধ আচরণ) লঙ্ঘন এই ব্যবস্থার কারণ হতে পারে।

8.2 Grounds. Breach of Section 2 (accuracy, multiple accounts), Section 4 (conduct at the ground, consent warranty), Section 5 (chargeback misuse), Section 6 (promotion abuse) or Section 7 (prohibited conduct) may give rise to such action.

৮.৩ তাৎক্ষণিক বাতিলকরণ। সহিংসতা, হুমকি, যৌন হয়রানি, শিশু-নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়, প্রতারণা বা বেআইনি কার্যক্রমের ক্ষেত্রে পূর্ব সতর্কতা ছাড়াই তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

8.3 Immediate termination. In cases of violence, threats, sexual harassment, child-safety matters, fraud or unlawful activity, an account may be terminated immediately and without prior warning.

৮.৪ প্রভাব। অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল হলে প্ল্যাটফর্মে আপনার প্রবেশাধিকার শেষ হবে এবং আপনার আসন্ন বুকিং বাতিল হতে পারে। অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের ক্ষতি এড়াতে আমরা যুক্তিসঙ্গত প্রচেষ্টা নেব।

8.4 Effect. On termination your access ends and your upcoming bookings may be cancelled. We will take reasonable steps to limit the impact on other users.

৮.৫ আপনার টাকা। স্থগিতকরণ বা বাতিলকরণের কারণে ক্যান্সেলেশন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী আপনার প্রাপ্য কোনো রিফান্ড আটকে রাখা হবে না। প্রাপ্য অর্থ যথারীতি মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। PL Points-এর ক্ষেত্রে ধারা ৬.৩ প্রযোজ্য।

8.5 Your money. Suspension or termination does not withhold any refund due to you under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Sums due are returned to the original payment medium as normal. Section 6.3 applies to PL Points.

৮.৬ আপিল। আপনি সিদ্ধান্তের বিরুদ্ধে support@playerlagbe.com-এ আপিল করতে পারেন। কমপ্লায়েন্স টিম ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সিদ্ধান্ত জানাবেন। এটি ধারা ১৪ অনুযায়ী আপনার আইনগত প্রতিকারের অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ করে না।

8.6 Appeal. You may appeal to support@playerlagbe.com. The Compliance team will respond within 72 hours. This does not affect your statutory remedies under Section 14.

৮.৭ আপনার পক্ষ থেকে বন্ধ করা। আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন। বন্ধ করার সময় কোনো আসন্ন বুকিং থাকলে তার ক্যান্সেলেশন রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী নিষ্পন্ন হবে।

8.7 Closing your account. You may close your account at any time. Any upcoming booking at that time is settled under the Refund Policy.

৮.৮ সেবা বন্ধ করা। PlayerLagbe সেবা বন্ধ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিলে কমপক্ষে ৩০ দিনের নোটিশ দেওয়া হবে এবং সকল অনিষ্পন্ন বুকিংয়ের সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

8.8 Discontinuing the service. If PlayerLagbe decides to discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and refund all outstanding bookings in full.

৯ / 9. খেলাধুলার ঝুঁকি, স্বাস্থ্য ও নিরাপত্তা / Sporting Risk, Health and Safety

9.1 Voluntary participation. You take part voluntarily and accept that football, cricket and other physical sports carry an inherent risk of injury, including sprains, fractures and serious harm. In the aforementioned cases PlayerLagbe does not provide their users any sort of health insurance.

৯.২ শারীরিক সক্ষমতা। আপনি নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি (এবং আপনার যোগ করা প্রত্যেক প্লেয়ার) খেলার জন্য শারীরিকভাবে উপযুক্ত। কোনো শারীরিক অসুবিধা বা সন্দেহ থাকলে খেলার আগে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ নিন। প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো তথ্যই চিকিৎসা পরামর্শ নয়।

9.2 Fitness. You confirm that you (and each player you add) are physically fit to play. If in any doubt, consult a doctor before playing. Nothing on the platform is medical advice.

৯.৩ নিরাপদ খেলা। উপযুক্ত জুতা ও সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করুন, টার্ফের নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশনা মেনে চলুন, এবং মাদক বা অ্যালকোহলের প্রভাবাধীন অবস্থায় খেলবেন না।

9.3 Playing safely. Use appropriate footwear and equipment, follow the turf's safety instructions, and do not play while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

৯.৪ চিকিৎসা সহায়তা ও বীমা। PlayerLagbe কোনো চিকিৎসক, প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসা সেবা, অ্যাম্বুলেন্স বা দুর্ঘটনা বীমা সরবরাহ করে না — যদি না কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ইভেন্টে তা স্পষ্টভাবে ঘোষণা করা হয়। প্রাথমিক চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্থা থাকা না থাকা টার্ফ পার্টনারের বিষয়।

9.4 Medical support and insurance. PlayerLagbe does not provide medical staff, first aid, ambulance services or accident insurance, unless expressly stated for a particular event. Whether first aid is available at a ground is a matter for the Turf Partner.

৯.৫ দুর্ঘটনার রিপোর্ট। মাঠে কোনো দুর্ঘটনা বা নিরাপত্তা-ঝুঁকি ঘটলে অনুগ্রহ করে platform এর "Report an issue" অপশনে জানান, যাতে আমরা টার্ফ পার্টনারের সঙ্গে বিষয়টি উত্থাপন করতে পারি।

9.5 Reporting incidents. Please report any accident or safety hazard through "Report an issue" in the platform so that we can raise it with the Turf Partner.

১০ / 10. দায় ও সীমাবদ্ধতা / Liability and Limitations

১০.১ প্রযোজ্য দায়। PlayerLagbe প্ল্যাটফর্ম সেবা যুক্তিসঙ্গত দক্ষতা ও যত্নের সঙ্গে প্রদান করবে। তবে আমরা টার্ফের অবস্থা, অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ, বা মাঠে ঘটা কোনো ঘটনার জন্য দায়ী নই — কারণ এসবের উপর আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই।

10.1 Our undertaking. PlayerLagbe will provide the platform service with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for the condition of a turf, the conduct of other users, or events occurring at a ground, as these are outside our control.

১০.২ দায়ের সীমা। আইন যতটুকু অনুমোদন করে, কোনো একটি বুকিং সংক্রান্ত সকল দাবির ক্ষেত্রে PlayerLagbe-র সম্মিলিত দায় ওই বুকিংয়ের জন্য আপনার প্রদত্ত মোট অর্থের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে।

10.2 Cap on liability. To the extent permitted by law, PlayerLagbe's aggregate liability for all claims relating to a booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking.

১০.৩ পরোক্ষ ক্ষতি। আইন যতটুকু অনুমোদন করে, পরোক্ষ, আনুষঙ্গিক বা পরিণামগত ক্ষতির (যেমন সময় নষ্ট, সুযোগ হারানো, ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি) জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

10.3 Indirect loss. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss (such as wasted time, lost opportunity or business loss).

১০.৪ যা বাদ দেওয়া যায় না। এই ধারার কোনো কিছুই নিম্নলিখিত দায় সীমিত বা রহিত করে না: (ক) প্রতারণা বা প্রতারণামূলক মিথ্যা উপস্থাপন; (খ) PlayerLagbe-র নিজস্ব অবহেলাজনিত মৃত্যু বা শারীরিক আঘাত; (গ) ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯ সহ প্রযোজ্য আইনের অধীনে আপনার অধিকার; এবং (ঘ) আইন অনুযায়ী যা বাদ দেওয়া যায় না এমন কোনো দায়।

10.4 What cannot be excluded. Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by PlayerLagbe's own negligence; (c) your rights under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009; or (d) any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

১০.৫ ক্ষতিপূরণ। আপনার শর্তভঙ্গ, বেআইনি কাজ বা ধারা ৪.৩-এর নিশ্চয়তা লঙ্ঘনের কারণে PlayerLagbe-র বিরুদ্ধে কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের দাবি উত্থাপিত হলে আপনি PlayerLagbe-কে যুক্তিসঙ্গত ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন।

10.5 Indemnity. You will indemnify PlayerLagbe, on a reasonable basis, against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful acts, or breach of the warranty in Section 4.3.

১১ / 11. মেধাস্বত্ব ও ব্যবহারকারীর কনটেন্ট / Intellectual Property and User Content

১১.১ আমাদের সম্পত্তি। PlayerLagbe নাম, লোগো, অ্যাপ, ওয়েবসাইট, ডিজাইন, সিস্টেম ফ্লো, টার্ফ ম্যানেজমেন্ট ড্যাশবোর্ড এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল কনটেন্টের মেধাস্বত্ব PlayerLagbe বা তার লাইসেন্সদাতার। পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো অনুলিপি, বিতরণ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

11.1 Our property. The PlayerLagbe name, logo, app, website, designs, system flows, turf management dashboard and all related content are owned by PlayerLagbe or its licensors, and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.

১১.২ আপনার কনটেন্ট। আপনি প্ল্যাটফর্মে যে ছবি, রিভিউ, ম্যাচের ফলাফল বা মন্তব্য প্রকাশ করেন তার মালিকানা আপনারই থাকে। তবে আপনি PlayerLagbe-কে সেই কনটেন্ট প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শন এবং PlayerLagbe-র প্রচারণায় ব্যবহারের জন্য একটি অ-একচেটিয়া, রয়্যালটি-মুক্ত লাইসেন্স প্রদান করছেন। আপনি চাইলে যেকোনো সময় কনটেন্ট মুছে ফেলতে পারবেন।

11.2 Your content. You retain ownership of photographs, reviews, match results and comments you post. You grant PlayerLagbe a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform and use it in PlayerLagbe's promotion. You may delete your content at any time.

১১.৩ কনটেন্ট অপসারণ। আইনবিরোধী, আপত্তিকর, বিভ্রান্তিকর বা এই শর্তাবলি লঙ্ঘনকারী কনটেন্ট আমরা অপসারণ করতে পারি।

11.3 Removal. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading or in breach of these Terms.

১২ / 12. গোপনীয়তা ও ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য / Privacy and Personal Data

১২.১ আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার ও সংরক্ষণ করা হয় তা প্রাইভেসি পলিসি দ্বারা পরিচালিত, যা এই শর্তাবলির অবিচ্ছেদ্য অংশ।

12.1 How your personal data is collected, used and stored is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

১২.২ PlayerLagbe ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষা অধ্যাদেশ, ২০২৫ (সংশোধিত) এবং সাইবার নিরাপত্তা অধ্যাদেশ, ২০২৫-সহ প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী তথ্য প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করে।

12.2 PlayerLagbe processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Protection Ordinance, 2025 (as amended) and the Cyber Security Ordinance, 2025.

১২.৩ হোস্ট হিসেবে আপনার যোগ করা অন্য প্লেয়ারদের তথ্যও প্রাইভেসি পলিসি অনুযায়ী প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়; ধারা ৪.৩ দ্রষ্টব্য।

12.3 Details of other players added by a Host are also processed under the Privacy Policy; see Section 4.3.

১৩ / 13. তৃতীয় পক্ষ / Third Parties

১৩.১ টার্ফ পার্টনার। প্রতিটি টার্ফের নিজস্ব নিয়ম, সময়সূচি ও শর্ত থাকতে পারে। ভিন্ন কোনো শর্ত প্রযোজ্য হলে তা বুকিং নিশ্চিত করার আগেই সংশ্লিষ্ট গেম বা টার্ফ পেজে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

13.1 Turf Partners. Each turf may have its own house rules, schedules and terms. Where a differing term applies, it is displayed on the relevant game or turf page before you confirm the booking.

১৩.২ পেমেন্ট প্রদানকারী। পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করে অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার ও এমএফএস প্রতিষ্ঠান, যাদের নিজস্ব শর্তাবলিও প্রযোজ্য।

13.2 Payment providers. Payments are processed by licensed payment service providers and MFS institutions, whose own terms also apply.

১৩.৩ স্পন্সর ও মার্চেন্ডাইজ। স্পন্সরশিপ, কিট বা মার্চেন্ডাইজ সংক্রান্ত অফার পৃথক শর্তাবলি দ্বারা পরিচালিত হতে পারে, যা অফারের সঙ্গে প্রকাশ করা হবে। মার্চেন্ডাইজ বিক্রয় শুরু হলে পৃথক রিটার্ন পলিসি প্রয়োজন / a separate returns policy is required if merchandise is sold

13.3 Sponsors and merchandise. Sponsorship, kit or merchandise offers may be governed by separate terms published with the offer. a separate returns policy is required if merchandise is sold

13.4 Links. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

১৪ / 14. অভিযোগ ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি / Complaints and Dispute Resolution

ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা, ২০২১ অনুযায়ী PlayerLagbe একটি অভিযোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা টিম পরিচালনা করে।

PlayerLagbe operates a complaint-handling team as required by the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021.

১৪.১ অভিযোগ পাওয়ার ৪৮ কর্মঘণ্টার ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্রাপ্তি স্বীকার এবং ৪ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সমাধান জানানো হবে — ফোন, ইমেইল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে।

14.1 Complaints are acknowledged within 48 working hours and resolved within 4 working days, by phone, email or SMS.

১৪.২ সকল অভিযোগ ও লেনদেনের রেকর্ড ১ (এক) বছর সংরক্ষণ করা হয়।

14.2 Complaint and transaction records are retained for 1 (one) year.

১৫ / 15. শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন / Changes to These Terms

১৫.১ এই শর্তাবলি সংশোধিত হলে নতুন সংস্করণ নম্বর ও কার্যকর তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং উল্লেখযোগ্য পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাপ নোটিফিকেশন এর মাধ্যমে কমপক্ষে ৭ দিন আগে জানানো হবে।

15.1 Revisions are published with a new version number and effective date. For material changes we give at least 7 days' notice by in-app notification.

১৫.২ আপনার বুকিংয়ের সময় যে সংস্করণটি আপনি গ্রহণ করেছিলেন, সেটিই ওই বুকিংয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য থাকবে। পরিবর্তনে সম্মত না হলে আপনি অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে পারেন।

15.2 The version you accepted at the time of a booking governs that booking. If you do not agree to a change, you may close your account.

১৬ / 16. সাধারণ শর্তাবলি / General

১৬.১ অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতি (Force Majeure)। প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ (বৃষ্টি ব্যতীত), হরতাল, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা, মহামারি, বিদ্যুৎ বা ইন্টারনেট বিভ্রাট, বা কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশের কারণে সেবা ব্যাহত হলে PlayerLagbe দায়ী থাকবে না। এরূপ কারণে স্লট বাতিল হলে ক্যান্সেলেশন ও রিফান্ড পলিসির ধারা ৫ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

16.1 Force majeure. PlayerLagbe is not liable for disruption caused by natural disaster, hartal, civil unrest, epidemic, power or internet failure, or direction of a competent authority. Where a Slot is cancelled for such a reason, Section 5 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

১৬.২ পৃথকীকরণ। কোনো ধারা অকার্যকর বা অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য বিবেচিত হলে অবশিষ্ট ধারাগুলো পূর্ণ কার্যকর থাকবে।

16.2 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.

১৬.৩ অব্যাহতি নয়। কোনো অধিকার প্রয়োগে বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতা সেই অধিকারের অব্যাহতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে না।

16.3 No waiver. Delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

১৬.৪ হস্তান্তর। PlayerLagbe ব্যবসায়িক পুনর্গঠন বা হস্তান্তরের ক্ষেত্রে এই চুক্তির অধিকার ও দায় হস্তান্তর করতে পারে; আপনার অধিকার এতে ক্ষুণ্ণ হবে না। আপনি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট অন্য কাউকে হস্তান্তর করতে পারবেন না।

16.4 Assignment. PlayerLagbe may assign its rights and obligations on a business reorganisation or transfer, without prejudice to your rights. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.

১৬.৫ সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি। এই শর্তাবলি, ক্যান্সেলেশন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি এবং প্রাইভেসি পলিসি একত্রে আপনার ও PlayerLagbe-র মধ্যে সম্পূর্ণ চুক্তি গঠন করে।

16.5 Entire agreement. These Terms, the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between you and PlayerLagbe.

১৬.৬ প্রযোজ্য আইন ও এখতিয়ার। এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত। এটি ধারা ১৪.৩ অনুযায়ী DNCRP-তে অভিযোগ দায়েরের অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ করে না।

16.6 Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka. This does not affect your right to complain to the DNCRP under Section 14.3.

১৬.৭ কোনো পরামর্শ নয়। PlayerLagbe প্ল্যাটফর্মে বা এই ডকুমেন্টে প্রদত্ত কোনো তথ্যই আইনগত, আর্থিক, কর, বীমা বা চিকিৎসা বিষয়ক পরামর্শ নয়। প্রয়োজনে যোগ্য পেশাদারের পরামর্শ নিন।

16.7 Not advice. Nothing on the PlayerLagbe platform or in this document constitutes legal, financial, tax, insurance or medical advice. Seek advice from a qualified professional where needed.

১৭ / 17. এই শর্তাবলি কীভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয় / How These Terms Are Accepted

• At registration, you must tick the box below before an account is created. The "Create Account" button remains disabled until you do.
