এই পলিসিটি বাংলা ও ইংরেজি — উভয় ভাষায় প্রকাশিত। বাংলা ও ইংরেজি পাঠের মধ্যে কোনো অসঙ্গতি বা ব্যাখ্যাগত পার্থক্য দেখা দিলে বাংলা পাঠই চূড়ান্ত ও প্রাধান্য পাবে। ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা, ২০২১ অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড, ফেরত ও ক্যান্সেলেশন সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি বাংলায় স্পষ্টভাবে প্রকাশ করা বাধ্যতামূলক; ইংরেজি পাঠটি সুবিধার্থে প্রদত্ত অনুবাদ।

This Policy is published in both Bangla and English. In the event of any inconsistency or difference of interpretation between the two, the Bangla text shall prevail. The Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines, 2021 require refund, return and cancellation terms to be published clearly in Bangla; the English text is provided as a reference translation.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below, and are used consistently across all PlayerLagbe policies and in-app interfaces.

৩.১ / 3.1 সময় গণনা / How Timing is Measured

বাংলা: ক্যান্সেলেশন উইন্ডো গণনা করা হয় স্লট শুরুর নির্ধারিত সময় থেকে পিছনের দিকে, বাংলাদেশ মান সময় (BST, UTC+৬) অনুযায়ী। নির্ধারক হলো অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটে আপনার ক্যান্সেলেশন অনুরোধ জমা হওয়ার সার্ভার টাইমস্ট্যাম্প — ফোন কল, এসএমএস বা টার্ফে সরাসরি জানানোর সময় নয়। রিফান্ড পেতে হলে ক্যান্সেলেশন অবশ্যই অ্যাপ বা ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে করতে হবে।

English: The Cancellation Window is measured backwards from the scheduled Slot start time, in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). What governs is the server timestamp at which your cancellation request is submitted in the app or on the website — not a phone call, SMS, or notice given directly to the turf. A cancellation must be made through the app or website for a refund to be processed.

৩.২ / 3.2 রিফান্ডের হিসাব / How the Refund is Calculated

নিচের টেবিলগুলোর "ক্যান্সেলেশন ফি" কলামই নির্ধারক। "ফেরত" কলামটি সুবিধার্থে দেওয়া হয়েছে। PlayerLagbe কোনো অবস্থাতেই আপনার প্রদত্ত অর্থের চেয়ে বেশি কেটে রাখবে না।

The "Cancellation Fee" column in the tables below governs. The "Refund" column is provided for convenience. PlayerLagbe will not in any circumstance retain more than the Amount Paid.

৩.৩ / 3.3 প্রসেসিং ফি / Processing Fee — *বাধ্যতামূলক ঘোষণা / Mandatory Disclosure*

বাংলা: প্রসেসিং ফি — ৬.৭৫ টাকা প্রতি প্লেয়ার এবং ২৬.৭৫ টাকা প্রতি টিম — পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে কর্তৃক লেনদেন প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়েই ব্যয় হয়ে যায়। এ কারণে পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হওয়া ছাড়া অন্য কোনো অবস্থাতেই এটি ফেরতযোগ্য নয় — ক্যান্সেলেশন যত আগেই করা হোক না কেন। পেমেন্ট ব্যর্থ হলে প্রসেসিং ফিসহ সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। ধারা ৫ ও ৬-এ বর্ণিত ক্ষেত্রে (PlayerLagbe/টার্ফ কর্তৃক ক্যান্সেলেশন এবং নির্দোষ পক্ষের সুরক্ষা) প্রসেসিং ফি PlayerLagbe নিজে বহন করে এবং তা আপনাকে ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।

English: The Processing Fee — BDT 6.75 per player and BDT 26.75 per team — is consumed by the payment gateway at the moment the transaction is processed. It is therefore non-refundable in any and every case except payment failure, however early the cancellation is made. Where a payment fails, the entire amount including the Processing Fee is returned. In the circumstances described in Sections 5 and 6 (cancellation by PlayerLagbe or the turf, and protection of the non-cancelling party), PlayerLagbe absorbs the Processing Fee itself and returns it to you.

৩.৪ / 3.4 প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি / Platform Fee — *বাধ্যতামূলক ঘোষণা / Mandatory Disclosure*

বাংলা: প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি পেমেন্ট ফেইলিওর ছাড়া সর্বক্ষেত্রে অফেরতযোগ্য। কার্যকর তারিখ অনুযায়ী PlayerLagbe ব্যবহারকারীদের কাছ থেকে আলাদা কোনো প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি গ্রহণ করে না — প্ল্যাটফর্মের আয় আসে টার্ফ পার্টনারদের সঙ্গে সম্মত কমিশন থেকে। ভবিষ্যতে কোনো প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি চালু হলে তা পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করার আগে চেকআউট স্ক্রিনে আলাদা লাইন আইটেম হিসেবে টাকার অঙ্কে প্রদর্শিত হবে, এবং একবার পরিশোধিত হলে তা সর্বক্ষেত্রে অফেরতযোগ্য থাকবে। অপ্রদর্শিত বা অঘোষিত কোনো ফি কখনো কাটা হবে না।

English: The Platform Fee is non-refundable in all cases except payment failure. As at the Effective Date, PlayerLagbe charges users no separate Platform Fee — platform revenue is derived from commission agreed with Turf Partners. Should a Platform Fee be introduced, it will be displayed as a separate line item, in Taka, on the checkout screen before you confirm payment, and once paid will be non-refundable in all cases. No fee will ever be deducted that was not displayed to you in advance.

৩.৫ / 3.5 রিপ্লেসমেন্ট — কোনো ফি নেই / Replacement — No Fee

বাংলা: ম্যাচ শুরুর আগে আপনি যদি ক্যান্সেল না করে এডিট করে আপনার স্পটে বা টিমে অন্য প্লেয়ার/প্লেয়ারদের/হোস্টকে সফলভাবে রিপ্লেস করে দিতে পারেন, তাহলে কোনো ক্যান্সেলেশন ফি ধার্য হবে না এবং কোনো রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়ারও প্রয়োজন হবে না। এতে পরিচালন ক্ষতি কমে এবং ম্যাচ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সম্ভবনা বজায় থাকে।

শর্তাবলি:

• রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অবশ্যই স্লট শুরুর আগে প্ল্যাটফর্মে নাম ও ফোন নম্বর এডিট করে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে;

• নতুন প্লেয়ার/টিম এই পলিসিসহ PlayerLagbe-র সকল শর্তাবলি মেনে নেবেন;

• টাকার লেনদেন আপনাদের নিজেদের মধ্যে হবে — PlayerLagbe রিপ্লেসমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো অর্থ স্থানান্তর প্রক্রিয়া করে না।

আপনি সহজেই আপনার গেমের লিঙ্কটি ব্যক্তিগত সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram) পোস্ট, গ্রুপ পোস্ট, স্টোরি, নোট, বন্ধুদের মেসেজ বা গ্রুপচ্যাটে শেয়ার করে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট খুঁজে নিতে পারেন, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট খুজে নেওয়ার দায়িত্ব সম্পূর্ণ আপনার, রিপ্লেসমেন্ট খুঁজে নেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে PlayerLagbe কোন হস্তক্ষেপ করে না।

English: If, instead of cancelling, you successfully replace your Spot(s) or Team by editing the name and phone number in the platform before the match, no Cancellation Fee applies and no refund processing is required. This reduces operational loss and maintains match-completion probability.

Conditions:

• the Replacement must be completed in the app, before the Slot start time;

• the incoming player or team accepts this Policy and PlayerLagbe's other terms;

• money changes hands privately between you and the incoming player — PlayerLagbe does not process any transfer of funds on a Replacement.

You may share your game link on your personal social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram), in group posts, stories, notes, direct messages or group chats to find a Replacement. Finding replacement is entirely on you, PlayerLagbe does not interfere in any process of replacing players.

৩.৬ / 3.6 স্লট ট্রান্সফার / Slot Transfer

বাংলা: কোনো হোস্ট যদি তার হোস্ট করা গেম ক্যান্সেল করে একই টার্ফে, একই তারিখে অন্য একটি উপলব্ধ স্লটে পুনরায় হোস্ট করেন এবং সেই নতুন বুকিং ক্যান্সেলেশনের ৬০ মিনিটের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়, তাহলে বিষয়টিকে ক্যান্সেলেশন নয় — স্লট ট্রান্সফার হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে কোনো ক্যান্সেলেশন ফি ধার্য হবে না; নতুন বুকিংয়ের জন্য নতুন প্রসেসিং ফি প্রযোজ্য হবে।

এই নির্দিষ্ট শর্তের বাইরে অন্য কোনো পুনঃবুকিংয়ের অনুরোধ PlayerLagbe হোস্ট সাপোর্ট টিম নিজ বিবেচনায় বিবেচনা করতে পারে; এটি একটি স্বেচ্ছাধীন সুবিধা, অধিকার নয়, এবং সাপোর্ট টিমের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত। এটি ধারা ৯-এ বর্ণিত আপনার আইনগত অধিকার ক্ষুণ্ণ করে না।

English: Where a Host cancels a hosted game and re-hosts on another available slot at the same turf, on the same calendar date, and completes that new booking within 60 minutes of the cancellation, the transaction is treated not as a cancellation but as a Slot Transfer. No Cancellation Fee applies; a fresh Processing Fee applies to the new booking.

Any re-booking request falling outside those conditions may be considered by the PlayerLagbe Host Support Team at its discretion. This is a concession, not an entitlement, and the Support Team's decision is final. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as set out in Section 9.

৩.৭ / 3.7 আংশিক ক্যান্সেলেশন ও নো-শো / Partial Cancellation and No-Show

বাংলা:

• আংশিক ক্যান্সেলেশন: কোনো হোস্ট বা গ্রুপ যদি স্পটের সংখ্যা কমিয়ে দেন, বাদ দেওয়া প্রতিটি স্পট প্রযোজ্য টেবিল অনুযায়ী পৃথকভাবে ক্যান্সেল হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।

• নো-শো: স্লট শুরুর সময় পার হয়ে গেলে এবং কোনো ক্যান্সেলেশন জমা না পড়লে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না। কারণ ওই সময়ে টার্ফের ক্ষতি ইতোমধ্যেই সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে গেছে।

English:

• Partial cancellation: if a Host or Group reduces the number of Spots, each removed Spot is assessed separately as a cancellation under the applicable table.

• No-show: where the Slot start time passes and no cancellation was submitted, no refund is payable, because the loss to the turf has by then fully crystallised.

৪ / 4. পাঁচটি পরিস্থিতি — ফি ও রিফান্ড টেবিল / 4. The Five Scenarios — Fee and Refund Tables

> সকল টেবিলে: প্রসেসিং ফি সর্বদা কেটে রাখা হয় (ধারা ৩.৩)। শতাংশ প্রযোজ্য হবে ক্যান্সেলকারী পক্ষের প্রদত্ত অর্থের উপর। / In all tables: the Processing Fee is always retained (Section 3.3). Percentages apply to the Amount Paid by the cancelling party.

৪.১ / 4.1 হোস্ট — সম্পূর্ণ ম্যাচ ক্যান্সেলেশন / 4.1 The Host — Entire Match Cancellation

বাংলা — কেন এই নিয়ম: আপনি যদি হোস্ট বা হোস্ট গ্রুপ হন, অর্থাৎ গেমটি আপনি/আপনারা ক্রিয়েট করে থাকেন, তবে শেষ মুহূর্তে সম্পূর্ণ গেম ক্যান্সেল করলে হোস্ট করা স্লটটি খালি থেকে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা সবচেয়ে বেশি। এ কারণে এই ধারায় অ্যাডভান্সও কর্তনযোগ্য।

English — why: As Host or Host Group, cancelling the entire game at short notice carries the highest risk that the Slot goes unused, which is why the Advance is also deductible in this scenario.

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ / Important: হোস্ট সম্পূর্ণ ম্যাচ ক্যান্সেল করলে যেসব জয়েনার ইতোমধ্যে অর্থ পরিশোধ করেছেন তাঁরা প্রসেসিং ফিসহ সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন (ধারা ৬ দ্রষ্টব্য)। — Where the Host cancels the entire match, any Joiners who have already paid receive a full refund including the Processing Fee (see Section 6).

৪.২ / 4.2 হোস্ট গ্রুপের প্লেয়ার / Host Group Players

বাংলা — কেন এই নিয়ম: আপনাকে নিয়ে গেমটি ক্রিয়েট করা হয়েছিল এবং আপনি শুধু নিজের স্পটটি/স্পটগুলি ক্যান্সেল করছেন। যতক্ষণ আপনি স্পটটি হোল্ড করে রেখেছিলেন, ততক্ষণ তা অন্য সবার জন্য অনুপলব্ধ ছিল। আপনার ক্যান্সেলেশনে গেমটি অসম্পূর্ণ থেকে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকি তৈরি হয়।

English — why: The game was created including you, and you are cancelling your own Spot only. While you held it, that Spot was unavailable to everyone else, and your cancellation creates a risk the game does not complete.

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করলে কোনো ফি নেই — ধারা ৩.৫ দ্রষ্টব্য। / Replacement carries no fee — see Section 3.5.

৪.৩ / 4.3 জয়েনার / জয়েনিং গ্রুপ / Joiners / Individual Joining Players

বাংলা — কেন এই নিয়ম: আপনি আমাদের অন্য কোনো ব্যবহারকারীর ক্রিয়েট করা গেমে জয়েন করেছিলেন এবং এখন নিজের স্পটটি ক্যান্সেল করছেন। যতক্ষণ আপনি স্পটটি হোল্ড করেছিলেন, ততক্ষণ তা অন্য সবার জন্য অনুপলব্ধ ছিল।

English — why: You joined a game created by another user and are now cancelling your Spot. While you held it, that Spot was unavailable to everyone else.

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করলে কোনো ফি নেই — ধারা ৩.৫ দ্রষ্টব্য। / Replacement carries no fee — see Section 3.5.

৪.৪ / 4.4 হোস্ট টিম (টিম বনাম টিম) / Host Team (Team vs Team)

বাংলা — কেন এই নিয়ম: টিম বনাম টিম ফরম্যাটে স্লট ফি দুই টিমের মধ্যে ৫০/৫০ ভাগে বিভক্ত হয়; প্রতিটি টিমের অংশকে হাফ-স্লট বলা হয়। প্রতিটি টিমের ক্যান্সেলেশন কেবল তার নিজস্ব হাফ-স্লটের বিপরীতে হিসাব করা হয়। ২৫০ টাকা হলো ৫০০ টাকা অ্যাডভান্সের অর্ধেক।

English — why: In Team vs Team format the Slot Fee is split 50/50 between the two teams; each team's share is its Half-slot. Each team's cancellation is assessed against its own Half-slot only. The BDT 250 is one half of the BDT 500 Advance.

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট করলে কোনো ফি নেই — ধারা ৩.৫ দ্রষ্টব্য। / Replacement carries no fee — see Section 3.5.

৪.৫ / 4.5 জয়েনিং টিম (টিম বনাম টিম) / Joining Team (Team vs Team)

বাংলা — কেন এই নিয়ম: আপনারা যদি জয়েনিং টিম হন এবং নিজেদের হাফ-স্লট ক্যান্সেল করেন, তাহলে প্রতিপক্ষ হোস্ট টিমের ম্যাচটিও ভেঙে যাওয়ার ঝুঁকিতে পড়ে। ৪.৪ ধারার হারই এখানে সমানভাবে প্রযোজ্য।

English — why: If you are the Joining Team and cancel your Half-slot, you also put the Host Team's match at risk. The same rates as Section 4.4 apply.

৫ / 5. যখন PlayerLagbe বা টার্ফ পার্টনার ক্যান্সেল করে / 5. Cancellation by PlayerLagbe or the Turf Partner

বাংলা

স্লটটি যদি PlayerLagbe বা টার্ফ পার্টনারের কারণে বাতিল হয় — যেমন টার্ফের অনুপলব্ধতা, ডাবল-বুকিং, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, বিদ্যুৎ বা ফ্লাডলাইট বিভ্রাট, নিরাপত্তাজনিত কারণ, কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশ, অথবা আবহাওয়াজনিত কারণে টার্ফ কর্তৃপক্ষ মাঠ বন্ধ ঘোষণা করলে — তাহলে:

১. আপনাকে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব জানানো হবে, ইন-অ্যাপ নোটিফিকেশন বা এসএমএস/ফোনের মাধ্যমে;

২. আপনি নিজে বেছে নিতে পারবেন —

• (ক) সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত — প্রসেসিং ফিসহ, কোনো ক্যান্সেলেশন ফি ছাড়া; অথবা

• (খ) সমমূল্যের বিকল্প স্লটে বিনামূল্যে স্থানান্তর — কোনো বাড়তি চার্জ ছাড়া;

৩. আপনার সিদ্ধান্ত জানার পর ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে এবং ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া হবে (ধারা ৭ দ্রষ্টব্য)।

আবহাওয়া সংক্রান্ত স্পষ্টীকরণ — গুরুত্বপূর্ণ:

• টার্ফ কর্তৃপক্ষ যদি আবহাওয়ার কারণে মাঠ বন্ধ বা অখেলাযোগ্য ঘোষণা করে, তা এই ধারার অধীন গণ্য হবে — সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত বা বিনামূল্যে স্থানান্তর।

• কিন্তু টার্ফ যদি খোলা ও খেলার উপযোগী থাকে, আর আপনি বা আপনার গ্রুপ বৃষ্টি বা আবহাওয়ার কারণে খেলতে না চান, তাহলে তা স্বাভাবিক ক্যান্সেলেশন হিসেবে গণ্য হবে এবং ধারা ৪-এর টেবিল প্রযোজ্য হবে।

English

Where a Slot is cancelled by PlayerLagbe or by the Turf Partner — including turf unavailability, double-booking, maintenance, power or floodlight failure, safety concerns, direction of a competent authority, or where the turf declares the pitch closed on weather grounds — then:

1. you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, by in-app notification or by SMS or telephone;

2. you may choose between —

• (a) a full refund — including the Processing Fee, with no Cancellation Fee; or

• (b) a free transfer to an equivalent alternative Slot, at no additional charge;

3. The refund will be initiated within 72 hours of your election and will be provided within 7 business days (see Section 7).

Weather — important clarification:

• Where the Turf Partner closes the pitch or declares it unplayable on weather grounds, this Section applies — full refund or free transfer.

• Where the turf remains open and playable and you or your group simply prefer not to play in the conditions, this is an ordinary cancellation and the tables in Section 4 apply.

৬ / 6. নির্দোষ পক্ষের সুরক্ষা / Protection of the Non-Cancelling Party

আপনার কোনো দোষ ছাড়াই যদি ম্যাচটি ভেঙে যায়, আপনি প্রসেসিং ফিসহ সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন। এটি নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য:

• প্রতিপক্ষ টিম ক্যান্সেল করেছে এবং স্লট শুরুর আগে কোনো রিপ্লেসমেন্ট টিম পাওয়া যায়নি;

• হোস্ট সম্পূর্ণ ম্যাচ ক্যান্সেল করেছেন এবং আপনি একজন জয়েনার/জয়েনিং গ্রুপ হিসেবে ইতোমধ্যে অর্থ পরিশোধ করেছিলেন;

• গেমটি ন্যূনতম প্রয়োজনীয় প্লেয়ার সংখ্যায় পৌঁছায়নি এবং সে কারণে PlayerLagbe গেমটি বাতিল করেছে।

এসব ক্ষেত্রে আপনার ফেরতের অর্থ ক্যান্সেলকারী পক্ষের বাজেয়াপ্ত ক্যান্সেলেশন ফি থেকে সমন্বয় করা হয়; আপনার উপর কোনো ফি চাপানো হবে না।

English

Where the match collapses through no fault of yours, you receive a full refund including the Processing Fee. This applies where:

• the opposing team has cancelled and no replacement team is found before the Slot start time;

• the Host has cancelled the entire match and you had already paid as a Joiner or Joining Group;

• the game failed to reach the minimum required number of players and PlayerLagbe cancelled it for that reason.

In each case your refund is funded from the cancelling party's forfeited Cancellation Fee. No fee is charged to you.

৭ / 7. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া ও সময়সীমা / Refund Mechanics and Timelines

বাংলা

• একই মাধ্যমে ফেরত: বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের ই-কমার্স/ডিজিটাল কমার্স পেমেন্ট নিষ্পত্তি সংক্রান্ত নির্দেশনা (৩০ জুন ২০২১) অনুযায়ী, আপনি যে পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে অর্থ পরিশোধ করেছেন ঠিক সেই মাধ্যমেই ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে। এই ফেরতের জন্য আপনার কাছ থেকে কোনো প্রকার অতিরিক্ত চার্জ কাটা হবে না।

• পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে: e.g. bKash।

• সময়সীমা: অনুমোদনের পর ৩ (তিন) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে PlayerLagbe রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করবে। আপনার ব্যাংক, কার্ড ইস্যুয়ার বা এমএফএস প্রদানকারীর নীতি অনুযায়ী অর্থ আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে পৌঁছাতে সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে। এই শেষ ধাপটি PlayerLagbe-র নিয়ন্ত্রণাধীন নয়।

• Same-medium refund: in line with the Bangladesh Bank circular on e-commerce/digital-commerce payment settlement (30 June 2021), refunds are returned via the same payment medium used for the original payment. No additional charge of any kind is passed to you for this.

• Payment gateway(s): e.g. bKash.

• Timeline: PlayerLagbe will initiate the refund within 3 (three) business days of approval. Depending on your bank, card issuer or MFS provider, funds typically reach your account within 7–10 working days. That final step is outside PlayerLagbe's control.

• No cash refunds: refunds are never made in cash or to a different account.

• Transparency: before you confirm a cancellation, the app displays the exact refund amount in Taka, and a refund reference number is issued once the cancellation is made.

৮ / 8. অভিযোগ, বিরোধ ও নিষ্পত্তি / Complaints, Disputes and Resolution

ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা, ২০২১ অনুযায়ী PlayerLagbe একটি অভিযোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা ব্যবস্থা পরিচালনা করে।

• প্রাপ্তি স্বীকার / Acknowledgement: অভিযোগ পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমরা প্রাপ্তি স্বীকার করব। / within 24 hours of receipt.

• নিষ্পত্তি / Resolution: অভিযোগ প্রাপ্তির ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সমাধান জানানো হবে — ফোন, ইমেইল বা এসএমএসের মাধ্যমে। / communicated within 72 hours of receipt, by phone, email or SMS.

• রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ / Records: সকল অভিযোগ ও লেনদেনের রেকর্ড ৬ (ছয়) বছর সংরক্ষণ করা হয়। / all complaint and transaction records are retained for 6 (six) years.

• উচ্চতর প্রতিকার / Escalation: আমাদের সিদ্ধান্তে সন্তুষ্ট না হলে আপনি জাতীয় ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ অধিদপ্তর (DNCRP)-এ ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯ অনুযায়ী অভিযোগ দায়ের করতে পারেন। আমাদের কমপ্লায়েন্স অফিসার DNCRP-র সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করবেন। / if you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

৯ / 9. সাধারণ শর্তাবলি / General Terms

১. আইনগত অধিকার অক্ষুণ্ণ: এই পলিসির কোনো কিছুই ভোক্তা-অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন, ২০০৯ কিংবা প্রযোজ্য অন্য কোনো আইনের অধীনে আপনার অধিকার সীমিত বা রহিত করে না।

২. টার্ফভেদে ভিন্নতা: কোনো কোনো টার্ফ পার্টনারের নিজস্ব শর্ত ভিন্ন হতে পারে। এরূপ ক্ষেত্রে ভিন্ন শর্তটি বুকিং নিশ্চিত করার আগেই সংশ্লিষ্ট গেম বা টার্ফ পেজে স্পষ্টভাবে প্রদর্শিত হবে এবং সেই নির্দিষ্ট বুকিংয়ের ক্ষেত্রে তা এই পলিসির উপর প্রাধান্য পাবে।

৩. বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে বিবেচনা: অসাধারণ বা ব্যতিক্রমী পরিস্থিতিতে (যেমন চিকিৎসাজনিত জরুরি অবস্থা, পারিবারিক শোক) PlayerLagbe নিজ বিবেচনায় ফি মওকুফ করতে পারে। এটি স্বেচ্ছাধীন সুবিধা, অধিকার নয়।

৪. টুর্নামেন্ট: টুর্নামেন্টের রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি ও শর্তাবলি পৃথক টুর্নামেন্ট নিয়মাবলি দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়।

৫. পলিসি সংশোধন: এই পলিসি সংশোধিত হলে নতুন সংস্করণ নম্বর ও কার্যকর তারিখসহ প্রকাশ করা হবে। আপনার বুকিংয়ের সময় যে সংস্করণটি আপনি গ্রহণ করেছিলেন, সেটিই ওই বুকিংয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য থাকবে।

৬. প্রযোজ্য আইন: এই পলিসি বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত এবং ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত।

৭. উপদেশ নয়: এই ডকুমেন্ট কোনো আইনগত, আর্থিক বা চিকিৎসা বিষয়ক পরামর্শ নয়।

1. Statutory rights preserved: nothing in this Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 or any other applicable law.

2. Venue-specific variation: some Turf Partners may impose different terms. Where they do, the differing term is displayed clearly on the relevant game or turf page before you confirm the booking, and prevails over this Policy for that booking only.

3. Exceptional circumstances: PlayerLagbe may waive fees at its discretion in genuinely exceptional cases (for example medical emergency or bereavement). This is a concession, not an entitlement.

4. Tournaments: tournament registration fees and terms are governed by the separate Tournament Rules.

5. Amendment: revisions are published with a new version number and effective date. The version you accepted at the time of your booking governs that booking.

6. Governing law: the laws of Bangladesh, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.

7. Not advice: this document is not legal, financial or medical advice.

১০ / 10. এই পলিসি কীভাবে গ্রহণ করা হয় / How This Policy is Accepted

• এই পলিসি প্রতিটি বুকিং নিশ্চিত করার আগে চেকআউট স্ক্রিনে প্রদর্শিত হয় এবং যেকোনো সময় Account → Settings → Legal & Policies থেকে দেখা যায়।

• পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করার আগে আপনাকে নিচের চেকবক্সটি টিক দিতে হবে:

• চেকবক্সটি টিক না দিলে পেমেন্ট বাটন সক্রিয় হবে না।

• আপনার গ্রহণের রেকর্ড হিসেবে সংস্করণ নম্বর, তারিখ ও সময় (টাইমস্ট্যাম্প) সংরক্ষণ করা হয় এবং প্রয়োজনে বুকিং কনফার্মেশনে দেখানো হয়।

• This Policy is displayed on the checkout screen before every booking is confirmed, and is available at any time under Account → Settings → Legal & Policies.

• The payment button remains disabled until the box is ticked.

• The version number and a date-and-time stamp of your acceptance are recorded and shown on the booking confirmation.

• At the point of cancellation: the app shows you the exact refund amount before you confirm, and you may back out at that screen.
